ODEN Connection - Understanding Knowledge Translation and Transfer

The REAL Xchange’s Knowledge Translation and Transfer Network (KTT) is an online portal that shares learning, tools and resources developed for agencies, by agencies in the DS Sector.

Community Living Essex County, ODEN, Partners for Planning, and MCCSS have joined together to form the KTT.

The REAL Xchange’s KTT Network will:

·         Enhance workplace learning through online modules that can easily be put into practical use.

·         Make connections between research, expertise, policy and emerging practices to positively impact the lives of people receiving services

·         Develop tools and resources for service agencies, educators, family members, and community members
