Educator Information Session: Inclusion and Employment Awareness– Transition To Work for Students with Developmental Disabilities

You are invited to join ODEN to learn more about the Inclusion and Employment Awareness– Transition To Work for Students with Developmental Disabilities,a project funded by Ontario’s Ministry of Education.    

In these live sessions, educators and school staff will learn about the resources created in this project, including digital learning modules such as “Disability Awareness and Confidence for Educators Working with Students who have Developmental Disabilities” and  “Employment The GOLD Standard For Inclusion,” Tip Sheets for Having Supportive and Courageous Conversations and Case Studies of Partnerships between Employment Service Providers and School Boards and the impact on employment outcomes for this student population. Participants will also learn about content that is accessible for families, caregivers and students across Ontario.  

These sessions will have ASL interpretation and close captioning.
