
Breaking Down Barriers to Knowledge Exchange

Let's connect in-person and learn from each other about how to successfully engage people with a disability.
Join us in Ottawa for a REAL Xchange knowledge sharing event! Come together with other community organizations, from the Ottawa area, to share information & resources that will enhance your capacity to engage people with disabilities.
Participants can expect the following:
- A warm welcome from the Canadian Accessibility Network

An interactive, treasure filled presentation from the REAL Xchange, Knowledge Translation and Transfer initiative and partner organizations

Mini breakout sessions led by Partners For Planning focused on leveraging partnerships to achieve collective impact

A presentation from MentorAbility on the value of mentorship for people with disabilities

A presentation about SkillingUp, a program that builds digital equity and financial security for people with disabilities
-
A conversation on building disability awareness and the impact on service delivery

Breakfast and lunch will be provided
Join us for a day of connecting with partners and resources to help your organization build capacity for people who have a disability though collaboration and knowledge exchange.
Tickets to this event are available at $20 per person.
Please note that on-campus parking is not included in the ticket price and will need to be paid for separately
