ODEN Connection Event: Deciding Whether to Share Health Information at Work: A New Evidence-Based Tool for Workers with Disabling Health Conditions

Join ODEN and Dr. Monique Gignac from the Institute for Work & Health for a virtual session introducing DCIDE — a free, interactive tool that helps workers explore whether to share personal health information in the workplace. The session will also highlight JDAPT, a companion accommodation planning tool designed to support workers with chronic and episodic conditions. 

Ideal for employment service providers and others supporting inclusive workplaces, this session offers practical tools and insights to guide conversations around disclosure and accommodation.
