ODEN Connection - Voices of Tomorrow

Does your organization run youth-focused programs? Are you an Employment Service Provider looking to engage youth in your community to promote employment? If you answered "yes", join us on this conversation to hear from young people who are taking action to remove barriers and create inclusive employment in their communities.

"Voices of Tomorrow" is a youth-led group based in Windsor and Essex County, supported by Community Living Ontario, Community Living Windsor, and Community Living Essex County formed under the Reaction4Inclusion Movement (https://reaction4inclusion.com/about/the-movement/). 

These young leaders have a strong passion for ensuring that youth of all abilities experience meaningful employment. The group conducted a survey and engaged youth, educators, and employers in their community to understand the problems and barriers to employment they face. 

Join us to hear directly from these young leaders presenting their report and gain insight from these young leaders on how we can all work together to create social impact that promote inclusive employment for youth.
