The REAL Xchange’s Knowledge Translation and Transfer (KTT) Network is an online portal that shares learning, tools and resources developed for agencies, by agencies in the DS Sector.

Join Community Living Essex County and ODEN on Wednesday February 15^th, 2023 from 12:00pm-1:00pm to learn more about the KTT initiative, which involves:

• Accessing learning modules based on successful practices created for busy DS Service providers
• Learning how you can join the virtual conversations with others from across the DS Sector, and,
• Exchanging knowledge and experiences on various topics, one to one, with our Mentorship offering
  

Community Living Essex County, ODEN, and Partners for Planning have joined together to form the KTT Network, with support from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.
