In today's digital age, digital transformation will be an essential change that most organizations will have to embrace either now, or later. For some not-for-profit organizations, managing digital transformation (adopting more computer-based technologies) can be challenging due to limited capacity or resources. Oftentimes, not-for-profit organizations have to focus on day-to-day operations such as administrative duties and direct service delivery. For some, digital transformation means changing the ways they have been working and delivering services, which might be overwhelming at first.

In this virtual event, Cristin will share Life Directions' journey of digital transformation and her Change Management experience throughout the process. Since 2019, Life Directions has been experiencing a digital transformation, creating a successful online portal that has enhanced organizational functions and program outcomes. By sharing the lessons learned throughout this digital transformation, Cristin will offer her perspective on how acquiring Change Management skills has helped her and her team succeed through this digital transformation.
