Information Session For Families

• You are invited to join ODEN to learn more about the Inclusion and Employment Awareness– Transition To Work for Students with Developmental Disabilities;  a project funded by Ontario’s Ministry of Education.

  This initiative will create accessible, digital resources for families, caregivers, students, and educators across Ontario to assist and address transitions for students with developmental disabilities, at all stages of their school journey (JK to Grade 12), so that employment is considered a viable goal following graduation.

  The resources will be available in the Fall of 2024 and in both English and French.

  In this webcast, families and caregivers will learn about the resources created in this project including a Family Handbook to support pathways to employment, digital learning modules, and content that is accessible for educators and school staff across Ontario. The resources are available at no cost and will be hosted in ODEN’s Learning Centre (learn.odenetwork.com).
